The terms governing use of the NICTBD website, merchant dashboard, APIs and Android app.

Account eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use the service only for lawful business activity. Account access may require verification and admin approval.

Transactions and balances

You are responsible for reviewing receiver numbers, amounts, bill accounts and request details before submission. Processing status may depend on operators, gateways, devices and verification messages.

Fees and refunds

Applicable fees and charges are shown by the service. Failed, cancelled or refundable transactions are handled according to the confirmed transaction state and wallet accounting rules.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse APIs, automate abusive traffic, bypass controls, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent transactions or interfere with platform availability.

App and notifications

The Android app is an additional access channel. Push delivery may be delayed by device, network, Android or Firebase conditions. The in-app inbox remains the account record for app notifications.

Availability and changes

Features may be improved, suspended or changed for security, compliance or operational reasons. Material terms and policy updates will be published on the website.
